SHIPPING METHODS

Shipping costs are €2.90 for the whole of Greece. In the case of cash on delivery, there is a surcharge of €1.10 on top of the above amount.

For international shipments, the charges vary according to the kilos. In this case, you will be informed by email or phone about the charge.

In Greece, shipments are made with Speedex. In Cyprus and the rest of the countries abroad, shipments are made by DHL and FEDEX.

For shipments concerning Greece, deliveries are made within 1-3 working days. For shipments related to foreign deliveries, delivery takes place within 10-14 days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your package tracking number. By entering the number on the Speedex website ( www.speedex.gr ) you will be able to see exactly the status of your shipment.

In the event that the information entered in the form is incorrect, the Company bears no responsibility for non-delivery.

RETURN POLICY

You have the right to change the product, within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt, in the event that:

1) The product is different from what you ordered

2) The product is in a size that does not fit you

3) The product is defective

4) You wish to make a change for personal reasons

In case you want to return a product, please first contact the relevant department of the Eshop at sales@achilleasaccessories.gr or at 2109888649 , stating your order number, the product or products you wish to change and the reason for their change or return. Product changes are not accepted without prior communication with the above competent department of the Eshop. Returned products are sent exclusively by courier companies and shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Exceptions are defective products or an error in the order due to the fault of the Company.

In the event that you exercise the right of withdrawal, you are obliged to send the product(s) in its original condition and as long as the product's special markings (protectors, tags, labels) have not been removed, necessarily accompanied by the corresponding sales document. Return will be accepted only after company approval.

For hygiene reasons our company does not accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty. All products returned to our Company's warehouses are subject to thorough quality control.

For bazaar products, returns are accepted for the purpose of replacing a defective product. However, changes are not accepted.
